Ientity theft!

My Dad who is an Authorized User on my Account, called to get the balance on my card and make a payment. The Rep. Asked him for his address, so because we do not live in the same house and his address is different from mine, they told him that they needed to talk to me directly! When I called Target and answered 3 stupid questions! The Rep told me I did not pass and LOCKED MY CARD! Now they want me to fax in Info proving whho I am!!! I gave them my Social security, phone number, address and other personal info! They still could not Identify Me!!! My DAD was not tryimg to Buy anything! Just trying to make a freaking payment! I am pissed! IF Target is not sure it's Me! How do they expect to get paid!!!
