Target Credit Card Refuses to work with payment plan

A couple years ago, (when Obama entered office) the credit card companies were allowed to double their scheduled monthly payments to their cardholders. Having several cards and being on a fixed income (and Obama refusing social security a raise for several years) I was unable to make the large amounts of monthly payments for each card. Every card company worked with me to set up a plan of payment except Target National. Now for the 3rd year, Target National has now contracted with the 3rd debt management company (attorney based) to try and collect my monies. Note that I called them trying to set up an alternative arrangement, but these companies refuse to accept my payment. I have never in my life witness such rude, unacceptable business behavior and they continue to add late payments to the account. Yes, they have now added thousands of dollars just by refusing to accept an adjusted payment.
I will never shop at Target or encourage anyone to shop at Target due to this ordeal. It is really strange that nobody seems able to give me the CEO's name of Target National or their location. Actually it has been my honor to share this information with others in order to promote shopping at another retail store. Let's see if the public can make Target close the doors within the next 7 years. Get the word out.
