Purchased a car on e-bay (2005 cadillac escalade) was ordered to send down payment of $3,000 via western union money transfer to Andela Smith 7795 Mcmallun Dallas Texas. 75252 and the car would be shipped upon recipt of the down payment. After inspection of the vehicle the balance was to be made thru western union. However I was e - mailed to send $2,000 for insurance that would be refunded when the car was delivered.
