They set me up with a number that was supposed to be a local number forwarded to my number, it only worked sometimes... Sometimes it took as many as 20 times for the inmate to call before we were connected. When I signed up it was very shady to put it mildly, I had no idea, their company website seemed so legitimate. They provided me with a false address and connected me directly to GTL so that the number they provided would appear in GTL's caller ID. Like I said it work sometimes for a while at least, and just recently they lost the number and I had money in that account through GTL and I have not been able to recover it. They are very unprofessional and if you're looking to save money it is not worth it.
