I signed up for a free account.in about 2 weeks I was charged a 49.95 charge. I immediately called the customer service number I found on the site. 1-888-503-6731 I bypassed any other option and spoke to a representitive. I said I had already contacted my bank about the fraudulent charge and wanted a refund and cancelation of any memebership. He did not ask any questions and took my info then gave me a confirmation number for the refund that should show up in 3-5 biz days and the cancelation. I will repost if this does not happen of course but it seems it was that easy to get my money back. Time will tell. Good luck!
