Dish Network are cheaters

I was offered a second-month free at the time of sales. But was never given this bonus.

Also, I signed up the 2-year contract for a particular plan, but the rate of the plan was increased ~10 days from my signing up, and that too without informing me. When I contacted the customer service, I was told that they do not need to inform the customer before a price hike, and that they have the right to increase the plan-rate any time during the contract period!
