I ordered a pait of uk10 kids short length ugg boots, the money has come out of my bank account. I have emailed this company on several occassions now this week as ive had no corresspondence or emails back to say when my product will be prossessed. I got the feeling after a couple of days this was a scam company and id like my money back now. The first 2 days after ordering my boots i could not even log into my account on there website this is when i knew id made a mistake.in my account on the website it says prossessing but accourding to the shipping details they prossess within 24 hours.

I just want help getting my money back so i can order my son some uggs in time for winter.
