I was in Iceland Kefflavik Airport. I needed to make a call. I use a pay phone. I used a credit card to pay for the call. I went through automated system, they asked for credit card authorization numbers, I gave them all information. When CC was approved, automated voice said, for estimate press 3, I pressed 3, no estimate was said. I was connected to my friend. We Spoke for 2 minutes. I tried to palce another call, they had me go through the same automated system. Once again asked for estimate to press 3, then they said 48 USD for connection fee, I hung up immediately. On the Credit card statement there are 4 pending charges, 38.99USD, 38.99USD, 54.00USD, 1.00 USD. Only one call was connected, and that was with out my agreement to pay for the servcies or agreement to the charges.
