Billed $354 for lab tests instead of a $10 copay

On or about 07-11-11 I had some lab tests ordered by my physician. I received a bill from Labcorp initially of $354.00 and waited to see what my portion was. After calling my healthcare provider, Secure Horizons, I learned I should have paid only a $10.00 copay. I have had my insurance involved this far with no final result of my money being refunded. At last contact they told me I should receive a check by 10/20. This is a fraudulent company. I have contacted the BBB of Greensboro about them but have received no recourse. I advise you not to deal with them in any way if you can help it. I may never see my $142.00 again. This scam occurred on approximately July 8.
