Turned away from drug test over missing ID without warning

I went to have a drug test taken yesterday. My job sent me there. I also took time off from work to get this matter done. One lady called me to the back room and asked for an ID. I told her I didn't have one at the moment. She said I would have to go back and get an ID. I came back again at 3:30 pm. The boss lady then said, "No! I will have to wait 24 hours to be seen!"

I never was seen! They only called me into the room to see if I had an ID. I was only in the room for about 30 seconds. They never did write or do anything! So why could they not wait on me again? Why didn't they tell me the first time that I had to wait 24 hours to come back? I told the lady that I took off from my job to take the drug test. She only said, "I am not going to lose my job, the answer is NO!" That was so rude in front of me and other customers.
