The cab driver found my wallet that had fell out in his taxi, and proceeded to charge every card I had to the tune of many thousands of dollars. Even after matching the gps points of his cab with the time and place of fraudulent purchases, the LAPD and Cab Co took no action at all. Still waiting on chargeback process and still out thousands of dollars.
