Fradulant charge to my Visa Card for 29.99 on 7/15/07 I believe this is a Euporean Country Ripoff

I received my Visa credit card statement 8/10/07 and found a charge on it that I did not recognize. I did a search of the merchant's name, (VIP TUNE LIMASSOL), on the internet and found it several times on your site. The charge to my card was exactly the same as the others who complained. ($29.99). I contacted my account customer service and explained what had happened and they removed the charge from my account, which I confirmed with them on 8/11/07. If I would have been out of town when the statement came, my wife would have paid the full amount of the statement and no one would have have questioned anything. Now I have to check every credit card statement for scams. Why can't something be done about this kind of systematic theft scam? This amount, $29.99, is probably overlooked by many people however when you add them all up, the total amount could be well into the high thousands of dollars. There must be some legal action that can be brought against these Scammers.
