offered me a one day excursion in Easter Island. On Oct. 4th, no van, nobody picked me up, no telephone notice, no notice of any kind informed me anything. Through my Hostel Manager, they tried calling all their telephone numbers, & he even went to verify the existence of the office in Easter Island. Nothing. They do not respond to phone calls or emails, nothing at all. The next amount due is Euro 42.50, they are good in billing and taking my money but did not provide me the promised services.
