Purchase a 4 1/2 k diamond ring with a 080ct center. Ring was too big & Seller said to rtn item. She then told Ebay I had changed the diamond center from 0.80ct ctr to 0.30ct in less than 1 day. Comp. Went to appeals 3x req. Seller to get info. It was the last appeal they ruled in her favor. Seller stole money from me &paypal allowed it. Seller email me & said she got a completely diff ring & told ebay it was the same ring but changed in cter stone. Seller was given 10 days to get reports from both jewerlers &a police report documented the stone was replaced after 10 days, she failed to do this & paypal sided w / me. Flouria appealed the decision& paypal gave her another 10 days to provide the info & again failed to give the info &paypal again sided with me. Flouria appealed it the 3rd time &she had finally produce a paperwork from the police & the jewerler indicating the cter stone was replace., I had the ring for less than a day, she had the ring for 1mth, she is claiming the 0.80ct stone was replaced in a few hrs I had the ring to a 0.30ct stone There is no way a ring that small can sit in the original setting without having a jewlr redo entire setting. Paypal believed that I can replace &redo a setting in just a fews hrs and her jewerler requires 30 days to appraised a ring? Paypal is allowing her to keep the money and the ring. She is being unduly enriched. I am being force to give a stranger 2777.00 &have nothing in return. Acc. To paypal, Flouria koozerani is entitled to keep the money& ring destroyed due to alteration. This was a Ebay tran& paypal made the executive decision. I had paid money for an item, I returned the item, but now I am being told I will not get a refund or the item
