Bought a buy 1 get 1 free coupon for a manatee watch tour. At first the company always said it was full, even when their boats were not running any trips. When I finally went to where they departed they said I had to give them my credit card #to secure my spot even though I prepaid for the trip. They then charged my card $9.90 for tax (charter companies do not collect sales tax in Florida) and a $25 unexplained fee.
