On 9/9, kgb deals offered a queen size mattress, delivered, for $199. Ordered same, was told that I had to retrieve my voucher through manufacturer. Manufacturer, iskinmedix, is in the U.K., a fact conveniently not mentioned in kgb deals ad. I've repeatedly requested delivery information, finally two weeks ago asked for money back. Still waiting. They gave me a customer service phone number and a "complaint number." After repeated phone calls, getting busy signals to a call center, then long waits, finally got through on 10/17. Again asked for refund, still waiting.
