I am currently going to school and was looking for finincial aid to assist me. I filled out the form to recieve assistance with locating grants that were available. I was told there would be a $2 and some change charge for requesting their assistance. After filling out the form they led me to, I never heard anything back from them. Now all of the sudden I see a charge for 57.93 on my credit card. I called them and they told me I agreed to this charge monthly which I never did. Upon request to refund my money I was told that was not possible. I inquired as to what the monthly charge was for as I had never recieved any benefit from this. I was told it was for access to a database that I was never informed how to access or given any knowledge of. I again asked for a refund and was hung up on. This is a total SCAM.
