IOrdered product from Leevar Wang at strong signs Digitech. It was a
smartcolor ft-1560 fortunelit large format printer. We paid through paypal.
They waited over two weeks to ship and took 30 days to get here.
Machine showed up not operable and had rust in it. When we got it to
print it broke on the first job. The cable attached to the printhead
came off the spool, shredded and broke parts in the machine. Wang at
Strong Signs digitech stopped communicating with us and refused to
refund our money. It is to late to file a claim through paypal because Strong Signs waited so long to ship.

We told Mr. Wang this was going to be our only printer. He promised it
was new and a reliable machine. We paid $6000.00 for it. The payment
cleared paypal on July 27th. He waited until the 16th of August to
ship. He said once he got payment it would ship within a 2-3 days, but
he waited over 2 ½ weeks. It took 30 days to get here.By then it was
to late to do a paypal claim. Obviously he planned it this way. He
also left out the most important part, the print head. It took several
more days to get that. Then a part broke, fortunately we found a
replacement part here in the USA. Then a couple days later the main
cable came off a spool and shredded, breaking several parts inside the
machine. When we opened it up to inspect the damage we found rust. It
must have been sitting around for a long time. It was not new. We asked for our money back and he refused. He stopped communication.
