Ripoff

In 1998 i signed up for what i thought was a regular credit card through american credit educators when i received the card it informed me that in a week or so i will be recieving my educational information and books in the mail via ups. What a shock. When the ups guy showed up i immediatly sent it back. Never even touched the box i told him return to sender. The next month i recieved a c/c bill for $300.00 i called them and told them i returned them. They said they never recieved it.

Every month its was the same thing i get a bill i call they say they never received. Well in 2001 i had to file bankruptcy due to other credit problems. I included them into the filling.

They still call me 3 times a day. Send me stuff in the mail. When i call they say they never received anything on my bankruptcy. So i have faxed them a copy of my discharge on a number of occasions. They always say they never receive the faxes. I'm tired of getting harrassed for something i sent back needlesss to say my credit is ridiculous from them filing all the time since 98. This is completely out of hand. Im glad im not the only person this has happened to.
