Complete fraud. Charged 97.00 then they wanted 45.00 more to complete the connect to target phone saying the phone was blocked by various antivirus. They knew most phones are blocked. They just wanted more money. I quit at this point and asked for a credit which they said they would issue. They never did. It appeared on my credit card statement. This was based on their "guarantee"
