I mistakenly ordered Pure Biotix because it was advertised for free except for shipping. I was sent a bottle and my account was charged for $90. I sent back the bottle along with a letter and a request for a refund. Since then, I have been unable to contact them by phone and I was shortly sent more of their product. That I haven't ordered.
