In March I hired this law firm to file on by behalf to GMAC to refinace my home in lieu of forclosure. From that time I had been faxing my company my monthly bank statements and corresponding with them by email. They kept telling me that they were still in negoations with GMAC. On 10-15-11, I received papers from GMAC with intent to forclose on my home. I tried to contact Consumers 1st Law Group by phone... Which the recording states that the mailbox is full... And by email which emails are being
directed back to me indicating that their email address is no good. What is my recourse of action to recover my 4100.00?
