I took a free trial to find some family members. The gave me information that was at least 5 years old. I had to pay 19.95 for a month subscription to get the currant info. I never got correct information. I emailed that I wanted to cancle the account. That was the last I heard. Then a few months later I saw an amount coming out of my account again only it was 24.95. I called and talked to a few people and I do not remember what happened but I thought it was taken care of. Today I see that they are still taking 24.95 out of my account. They are using California athority #800 718 8997 CA auth# 787742 -24.95 352.42
What do I have to do to stop this. I am a disabled senior on a fixed income. I cannot afford for them to keep doing this.
