I paid a nominal fee for postage ONLY; with the materials-access to the online resources was offered, so I signed up a neighbor (foster child) so he could apply for grant money to get a laptop for school. Then I found the charge of 57.93, and of course "Grant Assist" would not refund my money. I'm praying this doesn't reoccur next month!
