I was interested in applying for a grant. My son found the website on a government site. We purchased a package for $3.06 (postage and handling) to instruct me on how to apply for one. After reading the material, I decided it was not something I could use. I noticed a couple of months later that they were continuing to deduct money from my account. First $59.67 then $29.84. I never agreed to anything, never signed up for anything and never filled out an application or set up an account with them. They will not answer their phone calls. What is this fee for and how are they calculating the charges? I never agreed or signed anything!
