I saw an advert on facebook for an anti wrinkle cream that was supposed to be free but you had to pay a postage fee of £1.99. I put it on my credit card and when my bill arrived i was charged £53.71 for it plus a further £1.48 foreign exchange fee. Then a second charge, for another bottle that arrived that i did not request, of £57.73 and a further foreign exchange fee of £1.59. I have rung the credit card company and they told me to contact juveneu first. I have put a stop on my card but am really annoyed that this kind of thing is happening.
