Charged $69 Again After Single Legal Advice Payment

I used their service for some legal advice on the 16/09 and was charged $69 which I agreed on paying and have not used their service again. They have now taken out of my account another amount of $69 that I have not agreed for them to take out of my account. I would like to get my money back and have them stopped.
