Richlind Steel Structures Inc. Took $27,000.00 of my hard earned money

We bought a building from Richard Kliment who owned Richlind Steel Structures Inc., after checking references and confirming with Nucor that he was in fact a supplier of their buildings. The building was to be the entire package, excluding the doors but including the insulation. The building was delivered and we were told the insulation would follow whenever we were ready for it, just give 2 weeks time for delivery. Once we requested the insulation, it took me almost 2 months to finally track Richard Kliment down. Once I contacted him after finding a phone number listed under his wifes name, he informed me he had an apt. With his lawyer and was going to "try not to go bankrupt". He said he would call me after he spoke to his lawyer on the 29th of Sptember. He did not follow through and has disconnected his phone #'s a few days after the 29th. I have since discovered that he continues to sell steel buildings under a different business. This man took our entire savings, eventhough we received our building, there is $27,000.00 worth of insulation that he kept the money for and paid his own bills with.in my attempts to locate him, I found that the bank foreclosed on his house. Upon looking at the pictures of his home, I was able to see that this man lived very comfortably, clearly beyond his means and does not seem to care that he has taken such a large amount of money from someone that does not live beyond their means!
