I purchased 3 products that were never shipped to me. After months of talking sweet to me, they still wanted more money, via Western Union. I e-mailed ruoos.com many times to realize that they got all my money and then they quit responding to my requests to ship the products or give me a full refund. Learn from my mistakes. They don't represent China very well.
