Yeselec Company
Yeselec.com purchased phones from yeselec in jan company has reneged on very many promises to ship products and/or refund my money

Internet & Web

On January 5, I purchased two (2) BB Torch phones from Yeselec of 7 Guanghua Rd., Chaoyand District, Beijing, China for $480 from the company's website yeselec.com. I paid $480 using Monegram.

On Jan 8, Yeselec told me I had to pay additional $240 for "customs fees". At that point, I requested a refund of my money but the company refused to refund the money. After negotiations, I paid additional $150 on January 9. Total money paid for the phones now is $630. Yeselec promised the products would be shipped January 15.

Today is April 20; and despite several documented promises by Yeselec to send the products and/or refund my money, the company has refused to do either. I have documentation of Yeselec's continuous unfulfilled promises.

Almost four (4) months since I sent the money to Yeselec, I now think the company is trying to fraudulently take my money. I need help recovering my money or my phones. And I want everyone to know that when they purchase products from companies like Yeselec, payment should only be made by credit card (not moneygram or western union).
