IBS advertised a dating website for 69.00 and said that it would make a lot of money with them. There was no mention of any fees to go along with the website in fact they said that it was all free. I sent them a letter to ask when I would receive my first check fromthem and they sent me a letter stating that there were fees involved with the website that I had not paid therefore I had no check coming from them and they refusedto refund my 69.00 dollars for the website. THey blatantly lied about the opportunityand kept my money without any apology about all of this. THey are a scam!!!
