I was contacted by cell phone by Marie Conklin of Marlboro, NY,
concerning joining a program which she was "working". The
concept of the program was to join for $100 per position. You
would then enter a "board" position where you would progress
to the top of th board as other joined beneath you. As you pushed
to the top of each board, you were supposed to earn a certain
amount of money. You would then keep a portion of that money
and reinvest in the next board (for more money in and more money
out). This was to progress rapidly and within a few weeks, she
PROMISED that she would see to it that I would clear a substantial
amount of money. At that time, I invested a total of $700 with her.
This gave me (7) positions which should have laid the groundwork
for me to get some $ back very shortyly. THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED TO THIS DATE (10-14-11)!!

A couple of weeks later, she called me and said she had a lady
on one of the boards that was hospitalized and needed to "sell"
her $500 spot and wanted to know if I would be interested. She
GUARANTEED TO ME THAT I WOULD GET at least $4000 back in
my hands within a couple of weeks. THIS HAS NOT YET HAPPENED
EITHER.

To add to all that she told me, SHE PROMISED ME THAT - IF I DID
NOT MAKE MY $1200 WITHIN 2 WEEKS - she, herself, would personally REFUND THE $500 TO ME... And I would still be "on the
board" in the $500 position... And would still make money in the
near future.

I have her full name; her home telephone #; her email address
and I INTEND TO PRESS CHARGES AGAINST HER FOR FRAUD...
Both by telephone as well as by internet!

I have attempted many times to contact her by texting
and by email... She is not responding to me at all!!
