Unreasonable Charges & Return Policy

I ordered Ookisa's trial package of 3 hair care products for $5.95 for shipping only for a 30 day trial. I called them to make arrangements to return the unused product as I felt it did not do anything for my hair as ads promised. I had been very ill for over 2 weeks of that trial period and wasn't able to get the product to the post office. I explained my situation to customer service through phone calls and email. For the sake of like 2 days they would not accept my return and instead charged me $89.95 for 2 six ounce bottles of shampoo and conditioner and a 1.7 oz bottle of follicle serum!

I am still prepared to return the items. I believe under the circumstances I should be allowed a refund and the opportunity to return the products as I cannot afford those ridiculous prices even if the product was fabulous, which it was not.
