I just realized that we have been getting a recurring charge for the exact amount each month for the past 8 months. The company name changes, but the date and amount stay the same. When I call 'customer service' for each company, I get the same guy. He tells me the only way to contact these companies directly is to get a subpeona and fax it to 954-379-3230. He will refund three months of these charges, but I'm still out over $200! Plus I have yet to see the refund.
