On 08/26 my bank card was debuted $79.99 for a product my wife ordered that was supposed to be free. They asked me to send back the product and they would refund my money witin 7 to 10 days. I never received my refund. The call center i called to complain just told me they do not handel Lean Spa as a client anymore and gave me an email address. This is not a dis organized company. They now exactly what they are doing. Stealing money from US!
