I have for the past few months tried to cancel my account caused the amount they are asking me to pay And my new husband said he would pay the bills, They told me that is was ok and I would be getting my money back. I dont have alot of money and they told me that out of the 1100 i am getting only 100 back the rest is usesd for fees. I was told that most of the money that i paid was going into a trust and that i could cancel if i want. If i was unhappy. THey have said they have to pay my fees for the next six years. That is high way robbery especially if i had cancelled my account before they even do anything. They told me that they could get my bills down from 35000 to 25000 when i have read that they can help me to reduce it even more. WSo please i need that money back to pay my son bill and put food on the table MArianne
