I never recieved the welcome kit in Sept. So I was unable to cancel If I wanted to, the only thing I recieved was a postcard yesterday (10/11) and I called then and canceled, today (10/12) they took 24.95 out of my account, so I called again today (10/12) said there is no record of me canceling yesterday, I had a cancel # but she said there's no record, so she canceld again, she didn't have a # for me to call to get my money back, the email she gave is a joke, the # there either. She knew the exact amount of money that was taken out of the account but she can't help get my money, she can't even help with a phone #
