On Sept. 26 I took an offer for $2.97, they were supose to send me a grant kit and a CD. As of Oct. I did not receive nothing from them. My 7 day trial period was almost up, so on Oct. 2, I emailed grantassist.com and told them to cancel. Then on Oct. 6 on my statement I noticed they took $57.93 out. I immediately canceled it again. I called their support line and tried to explain to the rep. What happened. I ask to talk to her supervisor, she gave me this email address, alex@finishpointmarketing.com. Then she hung up on me. I emailed him and explained what happened, I ask him to refund my money, as of now I have not heard from him. I told him if I knew all about the program why would I cancel again on the day it was charged. It don't make sense. Any how this is what happened.
