My partner ordered me a a pair of triple bailey button boots on 21 sept as a surprise for my birthday for £67 (sale price). They didnt come and after a week he contacted the company on live chat to ask where they were. As an apology he was offered a 2nd pair for "cost price" of £50. We then recieved a letter from customs stating that they had been seized as they were counterfeit. We have been trying to contact the company since to get a refund but to no avail. The boots arrived today and they are clearly fake, One of them is burst and the soles are made of some sort of polystyrine.
