Started out to be a free trail offer that never happened, been charged every month but a different amount, dont no where it came from, but finding out they used my bank name us bank, which they have no idea about what it is, they are taking money out of the account every month that we arent using. We bank mainly from the checking account which they dont touch its are saving account that they bill it to which over draws me so that is a exrat charge to. So now they have drained our saving, cause i cant find them to cancel this scam, so could u possible help us stop this scam once & for all. The first withdraw from our account was24.99, then 19.99, then 16.99, but each time they overdrew our account so tyhe bank billed us 27.00 each time, we need to put a stop to this. Please help.
