This company charged 9.95 to my checking account on two occasions I did not authorize

I have noticed a 9.95 charge on my checking account twice now. The first time I let it go, but this last time I called the bank to find out who did this. They told me it was WPI Ifriends Elite. I never authorized this company to take out anything from my account.
