In May I found this site through a government site, so I thought I would order an educational CD for $2.97, which I was actually charged $3.02 for. It did not turn out to be what I understood it would contain, so I called two days later to express my feeling and cancel any other services, I just got this big run around. Their ad had said to call them within 7 days to stop any other transaction, which I also questioned as no other transactions had ever been discussed. After my first call, they never would answer the phone calls. I found that they have been debiting our bank account for $59.08 since May of this year up to Oct. 2011. I have never used any service that was offered and I feel as though I have just been scammed out of $236.72.
