After hearing about the program over the radio, I called to see if I could benefit from the program. I was signed up at a cost of $19.95, debited from my checking account. But, I never recieved the $15.00 rebate check promised to me at sign up. I can never get a live person when calling the customer service number and the automated service says that they are closed when I am calling during the hours of operation given on that same automated system.
