Tried to order a download to watch a football game for $33.00 they charged $55.78, when I went to download it I was redirected to a page that said process did not go through. Thank God I didn't keep trying or I would have been charged multiple times.
The bank gave me the phone number to get my refund but when they answer they pretend that they can't hear you. First they ask for an order number which of course you never got in an email because it would be faster to find them then. They talk as if they are in India.
