Strangely I have experience the exact same problems as the above user. I have been scammed for two payments for a "free trial " of a product. Even after cancelling an account. The initial amount of $86.00 alerted me to the problem and the day i rang them to cancel everything they took a further $84.00.
Interestingly when told to email them the info given was incorrect and of course this is bound to delay the process of trying to get money back - I'm not holding my breath!
