I am Carolyn who purchased a CD for $2.97 and received it in the mail.

I did nothing else but go on to the computer and review the different topics and I was careful.

Then on 10/05. Decided I wanted to cancel the subscription
so I wanted to speak to a representitive and I touched #2 by mistake on my phone and immediated the response said I would be charged $19.95 so I called again and I spoke with a male named
Tony C. I told him I had made an error on my cell phone. He said
He could not refund me and I could not get his last name.
I went to the computer an cancelled the transaction (3) times and I received a confirmation on 10/05 at 7:44pm #510762.
But I was charged $19.95 on my account on 10/06.

What is the matter with this company?
