When I upgraded my car I paid for full Insurance, when I got to Sanford I was told all I had was a voucher, and I could not have the car until I paid for the Insurance, I am A single dad disabled and with 2 tired kids 8 and 6, moaning hot and needed sleep after 10 hour flight flat battery on my phone, I was stuck so I had to pay, my debit card would not work so I had to pay cash, I spoke to my holiday company and they told me I had full Insurance and I was scammed, please help many thanks T smith. My flight landed on the 19 September and I returned on the 3rd October, I was charged $ 171.26, on my receipt I have a code DL# 0281
RA# 5E047748-1
one other thing my debit card did work while I was in the states. I landed at Sanford / Florida, my holiday company was Best for travel please help me many thanks T smith
