Withdraw from my checking account without authorization. Went to check my account an found a withdraw of 39.99 which I did not renew or authorize and did not even know who this company was. I called my local branch, Arvest, to file a compaint and have them remove this money, which they said, they could not because it was already pending. I know have to cancel my account as I am afraid they have my account # and can do this again, at will, any time. This is not right. I hope that I will be refunded for this injustice.
