I agreed a free trial with perfect radiance and i recieved 2 parcels which i was only to pay post and packing two payments of £2.95. I then noticed a payment had been taken from my bank of £74.95. I then emailed them asking for this to be returned. They asked me to send a bank statement with proof which I did. They then took a payment of £12.75 which I had not noticed. Then I went to check my bank again and another payment of £12.75 was taken and also another for £74.95. I emailed them again but have gotten no further forward please help. Thank you
