Home Modification was said to be approved on 9/9, company will not send paper work, will not accept my check, reporting wrong payment dates, trying to charge late fee after returning payment in full with no explaination, try telling me I now owed a double payment, will not send payment coupon. They will not respond to calls, never return calls, will not answer any questions on line either.
